Today we celebrate the thirty third Sunday in Ordinary Time, this is the next to last Sunday of the Liturgical Year 2017.
We have the lesson about our encouragement in faith. We need to remember that everything in our life depend on us, first of all our own salvation. It is God’s given talent for us but the grow of it – is our responsibilities. If we will not have the desire of salvation we will loose it. Therefore we need some courage or some risk to invest in our eternal future.
The Eucharist is some kind of risk which we invest in the eternal future. Coming to Mass, especially when it is not convenient, requires a risk, a risk that must be made in order to increase our own spiritual growth which is productive of good fruit in the lives of those around us – our relatives and friends.
