Today we celebrate the thirty forth Sunday in Ordinary Time – the solemnity of Christ the King. So as we come to the end of Ordinary Time and the end of the Church Year, we can ask God to form us ever more in His own image.
May we find ways to love one another not because we are afraid of hell but because we want to love the Lord. Thanks to this we are the people of faith. The faith needs our deeds of charity to be the real consequence of our personal belief in Christ Jesus.
The Eucharist is the special place where we have the chance to experience our faith. We stand before Jesus Christ who is our King and we have charity’s examination before our final judgment to repair our life once again. We can change our life just under the influence of this Eucharist, which is our great Thanksgiving to God for the opportunity of our own salvation.

One Main Point
On the judgment day, Christ will reign as the King who will judge all
humanity according to the acts of kindness done to the poor and the
suffering.
Reflections
- If today is the judgment day, what does Jesus say to me? What are my reactions to His judgment?
- How am I aware of Christ’s presence in others?
- How sensitive am I to other people’s need? What are the common excuses do I use to keep me from seeing the needs of others and helping others?
- Reflect on Christ’s words in today’s gospel and think of a process that will help me to serve Christ in others.
- What are your plans for your faith to work through love?
