Today we celebrate the 10th Sunday in OT. It’s the second beginning of the Ordinary Time this year.
In our surroundings we see total phenomenon of evil. Can we overcome it? Christians should never give up. The reign of God, a reign of justice, love, fidelity and peace, was initiated in this world, when its Redeemer died on a cross but rose from the dead. Determination is the key to overcoming evil. In improving the world, we have to start with ourselves, our family, our direct environment. Our word and example do oppose evil.
The Holy Mass is the real touch of Jesus in our war with evil. He does the miracle of our resurrection during this service. We only need to be there and believe in that great event.
“Whoever does the will of God is brother and sister and mother to me..’
